Owning a vehicle ain’t cheap.

Car payments, insurance, gas, and regular maintenance all add up to thousands of dollars a year, whether you drive a fifteen-year-old Toyota or a brand new Mercedes Benz. So naturally, when your tank is empty, you search for the cheapest gas you can find – even if it means filling up at the same place you buy your eggs and toilet paper, or the no-name shack with a giant inflatable gorilla on the roof.

Washington state wife oblivously tweets about husbands deadly crash

Vancouver, Washington

After hearing news of a crash on I-205 southbound in Vancouver, Washington Wednesday afternoon, Caran Johnson, who goes by the Twitter handle @ScanCouver, tweeted about how she “hates that section” of the highway.

“Too many on ramps, speeders and too few lanes,” she wrote.

It was only after 10 tweets about the crash that Johnson realized her husband would have used the roadway to get home from work.
